I know what it’s like to keep going when everything in you is asking to slow down. For years, I lived in survival mode—until my body and mind told me, enough.

Healing didn’t happen overnight, and it didn’t come from a checklist. It came from learning to listen to myself again. From getting quiet enough to hear what I truly needed. From learning that rest, softness, and boundaries weren’t luxuries—they were lifelines.

Now, I support other women walking through burnout, grief, big transitions, or simply that quiet ache of “I can’t keep living like this.”
