Single 75-Minute Deep-Dive

2-Week Mini Coaching Series

Two sessions + between-session support to help you reset, refocus, and build momentum. Perfect if you’re in a transition or feeling stuck.

1.5-Hour Guided Group Session (Virtual)

A once-a-month space to slow down, reflect, and reset your week with intention. Includes journaling, breathwork, and coaching prompts.

I offer a few different ways to work together, depending on what feels right for you. One-off sessions start at $100/hr, and package options are available at a lower per-session rate. Everything is transparent—no surprises.
